With nearly 70% of potential customers opting to use the internet to search for a local supplier, this client wanted a fast, information rich and uncomplicated website suited for mobile users. Particularly those using smart phones.
In addition, the client wanted to use vehicle repair images to enhance the experience, without slowing down the page load times. A contact form and a booking form were made prerequisites. To maximise search engine positioning for specific mechanical repairs, we were asked to produce specific pages focusing on these elements for the local area.

Our customer ended up with a clean, modern and fast website focusing on the key areas of their business. By using a 'one page' design visitors can jump to sections of the home page or simply flick through the page. For smartphone users this is a natural process to follow when seeking information. By using a single page design more information is provided on a single page which means that relevant key words are used benefitting search engine searches. Individual, search engine optimised pages were created for specific services offered by the client by providing targeted pages which were linked to the images.
Using optimised images and keeping pages uncluttered but functional allows pages to load much faster. This principle was applied to the Grease Monkey Garage website. As a consequence, an industry leading page load time of just 1.2s was achieved and fast websites are favoured by search engines.
To complete the process a simple contact form was produced, a 'hyperlinked' images added to make it easy for visitors to call the garage and a tailored booking form for those requiring additional information.
